Nel 1973 fece guadagnare un sussulto di popolarità ai Beatles, dopo che nel 1971 e nel 1972 la gente si stava a poco a poco magari non dimenticando, ma " disabituando " a loro, anche se il successo avuto dai primi lavori solisti dei musicisti ne teneva comunque vivo il ricordo.
